I've been pretty good on the running front since New Year, managing to go for a couple of short weekday runs (4 miles-ish) and one longer one (6-10 miles) at the weekend. Stamina's pretty decent now but it'd be good to get some tips on good ways to do shorter high-intensity stuff to improve anaerobic fitness and that.
Also, anyone know of any medium-distance (anywhere from 10k to half-marathon) runs around London that are coming up and not ridiculously hard to get signed up for? Me and some of my work mates are thinking of trying to do one in early spring maybe.
