Rather than having the sign with the motorbike jumping over a car, it had a sign that said 'Unsuitable for Motors'. This was in Derbyshire.
(well in the countryside at least).
(e.g. in a pedestrianised shopping street), which is slightly different.

Although it usually says 'unsuitable for motor vehicles', rather than just 'motors'
As you say, the stunt bike seems more common on town centres, alleyways and where posh cunts don't want people using their street as a rat run (see also height/weight restrictions and 'no through road' signs on roads that aren't dead ends)
It's actually an order that any cars must have a motorbike strapped to their roof before travelling any further.
