This was next to my Big Tom's in Sainsbury's.

You need it to make Caesar cocktails (it's a Canadian thing. I used to drink a lot of these when I worked for a Canadian company).
Almost like a vongole sauce- sweet, salty, and vinegary all at once. Amazing with vodja.
they have something called a 'red eye', which is beer with a clamato top (it basically tastes like seasoned tomato juice, IT'S FINE)
Not to sure about the beer top though, what's that like?
it was quite nice, slightly spicy maybe? Not enough to make me want to have more, but def not gross.
they can't get enough of it. Essential for a calmpocalypse charge - absinthe, Polar Power (Greenlandian Red Bull) and clamato juice. Surprisingly palatable and keeps the chill off.
oysters and clams and stuff though. There's something instinctly base about it. Like sucking bone marrow out of a bone.

which is most definitely borrowed from scottish/ irish cuisine.
But the scots, since from about the time of the Picts (citation needed), have been chowing down on chips, gravy and melted cheese.
A bit like how you get Oyster Mushrooms.
It's like tomato and clam juice- used to make canada's answer to the bloody mary- the caesar.
We used to drink them at that awful place The Maple Leaf.

I am intrigued by the idea of clammy tomato juice. I checked on amazon and a three pack is £15 which seems a tad excessive.
Don't pay any attention to Canada. Try and focus on proper countries if at all possible. Cheers.
