two of them parked fine but the other had to drive around a bit
a refund on your room/ Not contractually. The availability of parking would be seen as an ancillary term of your contract, not a matieral one. I woudl be asking for some cash towards putting it in teh nearest car park or whatever, or a round of free driunks for the incovnenience. It doens't alter the fact that you've still got your hotel room.
just not straight away
you were to sue in those circumstances, and if somebody got the law wrong and said you had a case (or, I guess, if you could show that the availability of parking was for you a material term- which might apply if you had a disbality which meant you couldn't walk far) then even then you'd only be able to claim for your loss which would generally be- what you paid for the room, minus what you would have paid had you known that there was no guarantee of parking.
the petrol charges you/your colleague incurred whilst driving round the carpark for a bit until a space became available.
the full room rate back + free meal + a free stay when I couldn't park once.
but he asked what you were entitled to. Not what you managed to blag.
I got free meal as I was hungry before i had to park then starving as it took me a bit of time to find a space.
parking mess-up buddy. You might get cost of lobster back into account/free hotel room like me (well the company)
it'd still be a pretty decent result.
meal and a free hotel room (well the company did)
three way fuck fests?
they were all drivers. If you are hotelling in the same room as your (minimum) 17 year old then you probably are up to no good.
from boarding school, he's only 8
beeston, dartford and plymouth to our basingstoke site
and found that car parking spaces were in hot demand, so i had to drive round for a bit.
the only thing that stopped me parking immediately was the fact that i had gone to the goods entrance. i had to drive round the corner a bit
your company make three of you bunk up together?
