maybe it's stress and not food, because the porridge was ok on the 10th but not on the 11th
Realised it's pointless even doing it cos it's just an accumulation of everything like when I first wrote 'and it begins' that wasn't directly because of the porridge but cos everything I'd eaten beforehand had contributed slightly ok yeah laters
eating in the middle of the night that's causing it
stress can plkay a large part.
I've also realised that part of what is making me sick is probably my morning berocca. Going to stop havign it on an empty stomach in the mornings and see if that helps me.
On the 12th, when your symptoms started, you didn't eat until the middle of the afternoon- I think you should space out your eating abit.
and indigestion sometimes. I only have it when I have a hangover, as having a bit of indigestion and the burps is outweighed by its ability to relieve the other symptoms of a hangover.
Will definitely make you feel ill.
It is the only thing I have in the flat and too tired/ill to be bothered going to the shop after work.
it is an excellent Vic's vapour rub substitute.
Also, are you making your porridge with milk? that might be it.
you daft racist
constant heartburn which caused me to develop a cough. What I ate didn't always seem relevant. Alcohol seemed to be the worst though. Got put on omeprazole, which helped.
but it's gone! ate less fruit and less dairy
What were your symptoms? I get a sort of warm, uncomfortable vapour in my throat and a kind of unsettled/irritated stomach kind of feeling. Never any pain around my chest at all or actual burning acid in my throat
painful acid feeling in my throat, dull, aching pain in stomach and constant cough. Was alright after meds. Can feel it coming back recently though. Go to you GP or try some over counter antacid meds. Having a throat full of acid at about 3am was fucking shit
good replication there
Probably gonna stop replying to this thread now cos it feels too self-centered
but thanks for the vimto tip. I'm gonna maybe try it.
