I od'd on it a bit a while ago - but I think I'm ready for more now!
What did you have it with?
and had that with it. mixed up a little bit of teryaki sauce and ginger with the rice itself.

have boiled in the past but microwave ist fine
Food process the broccoli down into some sort of 'sludge' like paste then put it in the microwave for ~10 mins then add some pre-cooked beef and some pre-grated cheese (saves time) then give it a mix, microwave again for ~10 mins. Once done Put it on some rice i have been boiling. Done.
Some times need to put soggy breadcrumbs in it at half time
Which involves putting two sachets of that Chicken Flavour powder you get in those cheap noodles into a pan of boiling water mixing it around, then cracking 3 eggs as quick as you can into said pan, then whisking it for 3-6 minutes constantly at fast speed. Leave for 10 mins (to cool) then 'double dunk' them into an ice bath to make them super cold. Add butter.
and I also used it to make some gluten free pizza dough last week, it was a bit weird though.
Dry fry it rather than boiling (don't have a microwave).
