This sonuds amazing. Fizzy water is the best (if it's salty, like san pellegrino.)

so i tend to scuttle in and keep quiet till tenh. then I go and make tea and start pestering people.
wonder if I can face the kitchen yet. The new trainees have arrived and one of them looks like harry styles and is way too sure of himself.

Log on to desktop pc

get a pint of water from tap

Chat until 10ish whilst checking here/news/Facebook
Get breakfast (cereal)
Take bowl back to kitchen
10:30 do a bit of work
Chat until 12 and say "ooh I need a break" then go for lunch
lock away bag and stuff
open charging cupboard
log in computer
load up helpdesk software
hand out ipads
log in chrome book
get some water
say Morning! to load of staff walking by
come on here
it's a cupboard with chargers and ipads...normally a whole lot of smashed ones

arrive 20 minutes late
have people hassling me as soon as i walk in about IT problems (nowt to do with me)
try to get a glass of water but no glasses are clean
fuck it all off and post on DiS

Not sure how long it all takes, it's usually somewhere around the 10:30 mark that I actually decide to do some work.

File (electronically and physically) any overnight correspondence. Use loading and printing times to check BBC news etc.
Try to get something I can bill for started by half nine. Want to get two billable hours done before twelve or I'm playing catch up all day.

Talk to people about weather as and when they arrive (I'm normally first in)
Go make a nespresso
Get fruit if it's a free fruit day
Read news briefly on BBC/Times/Guardian
Chat with boss (who sits next to me) about plans for day.
Plan most effective way to put off discussed plans until after lunch.
Make another nespresso.
have a bowl of cereal and a cup of tea, check my facebook and emails, log in here and on twitter, have a glass of orange juice, look at work stuff at about half ten.
Ask the various sellers what interesting shit they have going on that day
Write to-do list.
I should write a to-do list.
Because then at the end of the day you can see what's left and stick it on priority for tomorrow's in advance. It's the only way I keep consistent.

where I had a self-imposed 'no internetting until 10am!' rule. Crazy days.
