have got some award winning cheeses.
best bet is to do a tour of the supermarkets and get one or two specific cheeses from each.
I only want 2 cheeses but they need to be wrapped up posh

I mean it's also really expensive. But what the fuck do you expect?
I've experienced flavours in there that I never even knew existed. Had some slimy French cheese which looked like the run off from some kind industrial process but was just remarkable. Can't remember what it was called. Got some for the journey back and stank the entire top deck of a number 30 bus out.

they treat you like you belong in there and actually have loads of dosh to spend on fucking cheese.
'people not being fucking loaded and buying posh cheese as a special treat' then they'd be all sniffy and that. They're too posh to be smalltime.

I do feel sorry for those of you that don't live in scotland sometimes. Our produce is amazing. the good news is that both george mewes and iain mellis have online stores.
...then I would recommend Paxton & Whitfield. Pricey, but they do know how to present stuff nicely.
That's London obviously, can't help with Exeter unfortunately.
