They basically sent scaremongering letters to people (some of which were old ladies who had no idea about pr0n) demanding a settlement of £500 or so, otherwise it would be taken to court. Then I think they got hacked by 4chan and they found a load of emails where the company director was bragging about buying a Ferrari with the proceeds or something? It is all a bit hazy. Either way it was demanding money with menaces essentially. Surely it is the website they should go after, not people who went there probably presuming it was just some free to view video?
