I've not. I like other pixar films, just don't fancy that one.
Also spawned one of the laziest looking spin-offs I've ever seen*

featuring the ghost of John Candy
it was made by the hack department of Disney that churns out all their straight-to-video sequels - Jungle Book 2, Bambi 19 etc
Being in that Disney department must be a great laugh, dreaming up crap storylines and trying to find a decent Robin Williams impersonator for Aladdin 6: Mission to Moscow.
look at this incredible filmography
in fairness to them, i've not seen this one but i think the concept is quite brilliant for a kid's film http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Lion_King_1%C2%BD
I believe thebeautifulones claimed it was the best Pixar film.
Please draw your own conclusions.
Where *is* Teebeeoh? He been banned again?
there's another cartoon film with only owls in it, wouldn't be into that either. I just don't think I'd like a storyline with only owls or cars.
a bunch of cars that ride on the back of owls that ride cars made of owls?
I like owls
It's mediocre but not terrible.
I made it about forty minutes into Cars 2 before I gave up on that. It's a properly terrible spy film, for some reason.
I can't get the DVD from Lovefilm, they keep saying it isn't available anymore. And both they and Netflix only have Cars 2 for streaming for no reason I can work out at all.
The little'un loves it. I find it a bit boring, and a good 30 minutes too long.
I'm going to see Frozen tomorrow.
they enjoyed it, I hope you do too.
My 4 year old son loves both, and it's fairly light on the "grown up" jokes as found in Toy Story, Wall E etc.
Planes on the other hand, properly awful. But my son loves that too, so make of that what you will
Pixar has never scaled the heights of Wall-E or Up
any recommendations for a good christmas film then? there must be a relatively new pixar one that I've not seen
isn't top tier Pixar but is still pretty damn good.
looks a bit shit. I didn't really like the first one either.
which isn't bad either. Bit Scottish though, if you know what I mean?
It's weak by Pixar standards, but still not a bad film.
It starts off mental, about cars being crazy racers and whathaveyou, and then slows to a surprising pace, almost becomes like a western. It's really good
have wanted cars merch for christmas for the last few years
it is shite
