Apparently 91% of people use one of the top 1000!?
no it doesn't
Would have been a ballsy move, what with Notesgate still fresh in the memory.
Hadn't used it for so long I'd forgotten it. I don't know if there was a glitch that day but it kept rejecting all suggested passwords for being too short, even when it reached beyond 20 characters long and had capitals and numerals mixed in. Tried about 6 times and started wigging out when the message kept coming up. Eventually got it done and then again didn't use it for ages.
Then last weekend my girlfriend wanted to download some music from iTunes and and asked for the password. Again, I'd almost forgotten what it was, then the previous incident came flooding back and had to sheepishly spell out
Seemed appropriate in the moment but looks like the work of a complete knob when you have to calmly spell it out ("third one, all capitals") a few weeks later
it was my email password for most of my teen years as a result
Is requirements for special characters/numbers/lower-upper case. Thing is horsesliketoeatstuffintheirfaces is more secure than something like Horse#pad123 and much easier to remember. length increases password entropy more than complexity.
like, Cocksupthearse!11 or something
And change it every 4 weeks, and it can't be any of the last 10 passwords
It's a pain. Number increment at the end FTW!
searched for my password(s). Nothing.
I BEAT THE INTERNET.
If I ever feel like posting from anywhere other than my laptop it'll be an arduous task
