DO YOU OWN CORDS? You seem like you might.
feels lovely to touch.
destroyed my cardigan
I don't live in America, I went to a comprehensive school in the UK
A red pair and a blue pair. I love them but I feel like an old man wearing them. Last time I wore the red ones I bumped into nice_squirrel and bamos in the pub and I was dead embarrassed cos I literally just chucked them on and they looked ODD.
fucking love them
Big fan. Keep my corduroy on the rugged side, nice heavy wale.
Still got a strong denim game though, not one of those people that only wears cords.
That's where it's at.
It was vile. Corduroy coats were very big at the time.
thin wale as it the current style.
kind of a shame, nothing takes you down a tube escalator handrail quicker than a good thick wale cord.
They're very nice.
I just thought of this
and now I feel double stupid =(
green and brown pair. My clothes shopping done for six months.
my cord flatcap counts.
ive still got a pair of brown cord dunlops somewhere. bought my first pair of cord trousers in a very long time a couple of weeks ago, love them
i've got a brown cord jacket atm. It's pretty good, thinking of expanding my arsenal and getting some trousers as well
I'm in the market for some new ones as mine are falling to bits. Loved Blend of America for cords (and jeans) but I haven't seen them in the UK for years.
currently I've got 4 pairs of cord trousers:
Black, light brown, dark brown and a maroon pair which never get worn, if anyone is in the market for a practically new/barely worn 32w pair of these:
Please direct your responses accordingly...
she was six feet tall and made of curduroy[/milton jones]
that should say 12 feet tall
black: 1 nr
brown/beige: 2 or 3 nr (can't remember)
grey: 1 nr
blue or green: 1 nr
All legwear. Not really into it for anything else. Ok, maybe sofas are ok.
Factoid: a literal Danish translation is 'railway trousers', or so I was taught.
No trousers though. Not since I was 14 anyway (casually paired with Diesel trainers and a fcuk t-shirt, probably)
