i feel like i might have ran up a chronic sleep debt at the moment. constantly feel fatigued and low-energy blah blah.. get up and soon start thinking about going back to bed
could be depression, diet etc but it may well be sleep deprivation that has accumulated as well since i do shift work.
anyway has anyone ever been in a situation like this and found that a few days dedicated to nothing but sleeping has made them feel like a new person? don't get me wrong, i've stuff i could be doing, but don't have the energy for it
