If the internet just stopped tomorrow? I'm guessing most workplaces would be carnage, but what about outside that too?
and my wife's teaching job would be simpler
without the bbc news website
On the down side it would also mean going back to the faff of having to go to the bank/Post Office whenever I needed to pay a bill, and wasting time on a Sunday traipsing round the supermarket rather than getting the stuff delivered.
So swings and roundabouts, really.
I always imagine Id read more, play more guitar, do more stuff but when Ive had no internet (3 6 months stretches over the past 6 years) Ive just gone to the pub alot more.
it's easy if you try
I'm not sure how long CD1 of 'and their refinement of the decline' by Stars of the Lid, and The (American) Office Season 2 (Which I've already watched to death) would last...
I wouldn't know about news in England, really. Unless my parents kept me informed. I can't imagine I'd have ever heard about this Ian Watkins shit without it. I can't decide if that's a good thing or not.
Especially sending and receiving gifts to/from bf and friends about cats dressed as fascists and stuff.
Im really glad the Internet has existed but I think I've had what I need from it now. it can go.
and make sure you never close your browser
