came completely out the blue, but that's golf, maaaaaaaaaan.
anyway, I was chatting to one of my wise female friends, explaining the time line and she suggested I should ask this girl for a face-to-face meet. What did I have to lose, she said.
the purpose of this would be to
a) tell her how I feel about her and talk about what a good thing we could potentially have
b) try and get an understanding as to why. as I said, this came completely out the blue - one minute she is saying I am the best thing that's ever happened to her, have given her feelings never experienced, she feels completely comfortable with me, then BAM! she dumps me over the phone. A very unsatisfactory ending, I'm sure you'll agree.
So yeah, am I setting myself up for a massive rejection bomb? is this unfair of me to ask her to be completely honest, face-to-face, rather than chucking some words down the blower. do people really change their minds? is this what she really thinks? is my mental instability a factor? could you be WELL into someone on a Sunday, then say its 'not clicking' on a Wednesday?
and other assorted questions
Let me know!!!1
