We have a regular traffic-cone-wearing statue here in my town.

really weird too since it was never actually council policy and wouldn't have gone ahead anyway. i guess people think it's 'anti imperialist' and 'anti establishment' and funny.

But as far back as I can remember there's always been one up there. It's part of the Glasgow fabric I suppose
