This is one of the most embarrassing Guardian pieces I've read
The second paper recently to get extremely shrill when someone looks like a threat to the other side. I pretty much assumed it was already a wig.
It's a piece about how Boris has built a false image of himself for palatable public consumption, and even his looks are a symbolic an extension of that.
It's about the polls, and people getting worried about the polls.
As you're the two people on here least likely to read and try to understand articles when they're linked to on here.
i won't read every guardian article posted no, not enough time for that, but i'm not really one to get mad about the title of a tv show or the front-page headline of a newspaper before watching the show/reading the article, which is to what i was referring.
Now there's a man who never let hair loss get in the way of a luxuriant appearance.
...but how is this embarrassing? It's a well-observed and well-written piece about Boris's image. Which is central to his political career.
Missing what the beef is with this one, Charles.
