Ooked myself on a spanish course after bombing on my access course application.
Anyway, missed the last couple wees due to feeling awful. Especially in the evening.
Called the learning provider to see what would be the possibility of getting my cash money back.
Right from the get-go, the woman I spoke to had a poor attitude.
I was telling her I have been signed off indefinitely etc and she said 'yeah, someone will call you back'
Told her she had a very unsympathetic telephone manner.
She said 'we are trained to never shoe empathy'
I bid her a good day and am awaitng a call back from a real human.
Any further examples of poor customer service?
