it's a fair point: the party itself ISN'T racist, mainly because they still, as far as i can tell, haven't proposed any policies
the members do seem to be mostly racists, though, but you can't forget there's a faction that just want to get out of the EU so we can get rid of the human rights act and the minimum wage, and make UKIP member owned entrepreneurships more profitable
