A follow up to my thread the other day, someone tell me how I can do this quickly and for free (if possible) please?
Shouldn't cost a penny.
It's something that Apple have to do, and normally only at the request of the network it's tied to.
Best to contact customer services of Vodafone/O2/whoever it's with at the moment. Most will do it for free so long as you've been on contract with them for a while.
meaning that they don't work with the normal operating system any more. Sort of.
That's no good
Unlocking takes forever, am strongly considering shifting networks because it'd be quicker, cheaper and easier.
The guys in the shops are jailbreaking, but they've not been able to do that with Orange/EE recently. And they asked between £50 and £80.
Once a contract runs out that should be that
have you tried type in your pin number?
i type my PIN number into the ATM machine
Go to Settings > General > Accessibility
Find the option for VoiceOver
Turn it on
Accept the prompt which pops up
Bingo! Network-free iPhone.
Trippy as fuck!
You cannot unlock iphones at free of cost. So, you can have to go for paid unlocking service. You can get it unlocked your iPhone from Network lock safe and securely using Remote unlocking method from the site http://www.mobile-unlocker.com/apple/rs2wp8/ here you need to specify your country, Network name to which it is locked, IMEI number of your iphone. Here they unlock your iphone using latest versions of iTunes.
I was moving countries and needed to be able to use a local sim. Still had a couple months left on my contract at the time. There was no charge and they knocked the monthly down from 30quid to 11. Suppose it depends if you get a sympathetic rep on the other end of the line.
