'ripe and ready to eat' and some 'ripen at home' that way you don't have to finishe them all straight away but you have some lovely ripe ones to eat after you get home from shopping!
but they aren't going to be available for days.
that speeds up the process?
Although I quite like really hard peaches
we'll see what happens when I get home.
i'll be the judge of that
am I supposed to anticipate what fruit I'll want to eat in four days' time?? I thought the whole point of capitalism was I could eat whatever fruit I wanted whenever I wanted? That was the only reason I voted for Nick Clegg. Fucking hell
on average, how many avocados do you squash with your thumb and then put back before selecting one with the perfect ripeness?
I reckon 6 for me.
not for me avocado be
about 4 for me, but then I get para that some old busy body is going to say, 'you shouldn't be doing that you know!'
Avocados are meant to be that soft!
I go to the shop looking for a nectarine to eat NOW. Not to eat in 4 days. Wankers.
Also, proper depresses me when you see fruit in the reduced section which is supposedly past it's sell by date but that isn't even ripe. i.e. still rock hard. Not a fan.
