I'm really hungry.
Anyone else? What you having for dinner?
You English people don't call lunch dinner.
it was a bit confusing.
Hopefully not that old D:
although it was a fairly rural part.
Dinner and tea are the same thing. I use both, not sure why. Great thread.
Packet of crisps, banana. Maybe a Snickers as an afternoon treat.
Is in mashed potato. The one with spots all over it. Think it might be French.
ham, sausages, beef. Not tried with mashed potato - next pie night it's a goer.
used to have supper as a kid, glass of milk and a couple of biscuits. Then I moved on to a couple of crackers and cheese. Bit weird.
(leftovers from monday) so I'm pretty full and a bit speedy from the e numbers. Probably won't have much for lunch. Maybe some toast and dairylea. Pizza for dinner/ tea.
So much vegan/veggie food to choose from. The 13th Note in the West End is great for food.
And the 78 is supposed to be ace altohugh I've never been.
(and it was veggie -Saag paneer and veg pakora- so prob ok, right?)
I'm actually a bit peckish and somebody has brought in rocky road. Uh oh.
I know it's normal to feel hungrier at this time of year (naturally when it gets colder) but I think going to the gym is making me want to at twice as much. I'm going to get a blender on pay day and start making homemade soups and medieval style broth.
My typist's son made it and he is four so I'm reassessing how much I want to try it.
I've always been a fan of a Blue Ribbon wafter biscuit. Yum.
leftovers for lunch today AND tomorrow. tempted to get a take out tonight, but had too many pizzas last two weeks.
Anything with pasta and cheese. Anything.
cause i had a free one of those Vita Coco things. was expecting something tasty and refreshing. got something bland and clammy. 2/10
They're good for a hangover
Having an experiment at home of sorts where we're not buying any meat. Which is good, because a) it's cheaper, and b) means when we DO have meat it feels like a massive treat.
Probably gonna have lentil bolognese or something for dinner.
My flatmate eats much different to me in terms of pizza, garlic bread, oven chips so it can be hard when I'm cooking a homemade meal and she's quite happy with her frozen processed goods.
I only really cook now when I'm cooking for more than just me. Big Jules came round for her dinner a bit impromptu last week and I texted her 'what do you fancy, I'll cook' and she said 'Hmm, dunno, can you make japanese, may e sushi'.
not exactly what you just rustle up from your cupboard is it, raw fish sushi rice and seaweed? (Classic Jules. I ordered in takeaway).
Determined to get some (easyish) fish recipe and get the stuff at the weekend to make something nice. I am crap from lack of practice.
I don't know if I can be bothered to go out, especially as I'm a fat bastard at the moment anyway. </banal>
Made/had a nice stew last night though.
A man came around with a sandwich for me, like he knew!?
a pinch of baking powder makes them go all nice and fluffy.
gonna get some sweet purtater. maybe some straight fish. few steamed beans. nice. thanks mate
Unless it's in a curry.
Tastes wrong. Give me a normal spud any day.
her palette is stuck in the 80's, too
she's not that ill. say 20% down on her usual self. but still!
Still had a huge percentage...
sweet potato and lambbbb
Nothing too exciting but it's nice bread though. Leftover bolognese for tea, if my housemate comments that I'm not doing proper cooking again then I'm going to stuff him in the fucking washing machine
Or spaghetti on toast.
You're the cheese on my baguette
The Jelly on my bread
The French on my toast
Where the hoes at
Bitch you breakfast
£3.45 though! And not even a deep large slice.
I'm still hungry.
surely, surely not
flame grilled chicken
loads of nandos extra extra hot sauce
will be going out to acquire some crisps shortly. maybe chilli heatwave doritos or chilli mccoys, something like that
got chilli mccoys
but the one nearest to my current office is about 15 minutes walk away, and every time it crosses my mind to go there it tips down with rain. can only assume that the powers that be do not want me to eat delicious/disgusting chicken.
(totally going tomorrow now, no rain pls)
I went Nando's at the weekend for the second time ever. It was alright
There's a small Thai place in one of the shay side streets of Soho that does a MASSIVE box of Tahi food for 4 quid. I got Thai Green Tofu and rice and a spring roll.
Lovely. All for a fiver. Gym tonight.
