Don't count London three times you twat
13 for me (8 summer; 5 winter)
I just used the master list so I'm not sure of the Winter/Summer split but judging by the locations I'm guessing only 1 was a Winter gamer.
hmm let's see...paris...barcelona...london...um...albertville (driven through it)...um...Los Angeles...Munich...Berlin? not sure if Berlin has though...how many is that?
has sri lanka hosted it?
or 8 if you include that i've changed planes in Oslo and got off the train for half an hour in Atlanta
It seems we're allowed plane stopovers too.
i'm taking 8
It's just that airports tend to be completely sealed off from the city in question and often miles out. Not so with train stations.
1 winter, 8 summer
It's no coincidence that thewarn is both the gnarliest DiSer and has been to the most cities.
I've been to 10 (9 summer, 1 winter).
London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, Oslo, Helsinki, Moscow, Sydney
real visits, not I had a wee and flicked through a magazine in terminal 1 for 9 minutes
Soon to be 3 though. I'll catch you guys yet, as soon as I can afford more holidays.
Thought it was going to be more Winter, but only 2 of them were Winter.
Lived in 3 as well.
Athens, Paris, London, LA, Berlin, Amsterdam, Melbourne, Sydney, Rome.
Rio De Janeiro
London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Vancouver.
Can't remember if I did an airport transfer via Munich.
Have probably been to Innsbruck, too, I suppose.
Paris, London, Stockholm, Moscow
Though I've lived in 3 of them
Tallin also hosted all the sailing/canoeing/kayaking in 1980 so maybe half a bonus point for that
Apparently Squaw means woman in many Native American languages, but also means vagina in others, so some think it shouldn't be used and it's been removed from some place names.
Going to Berlin next week, though.
soon to be 2 on wednesday!
Have New York never hosted? Surprised at that.
Christ, I've gone nowhere (geographically speaking) in my life.
