I'd like a museum that was several supermarkets from the decades of the past. Maybe post war, then one pre war and then one for each century up to a certain point (as yet undecided). From when they didn't have supermarkets they could have shops or markets or whatever they had.

You'd get your own trolley but you couldn't put anything in until you got to the gift shop (possibly just a real supermarket).
