This morning I booked a Groupon deal. This afternoon, for reasons I won't go into, I can't afford it anymore and need to cancel it.
I've done some reading up and it looks like if I cancel within seven days I'm legally entitled to a refund, but I want to make sure I do it the right way cause I imagine they do everything they can to make it difficult.
I've emailed their customer services address and got a 'we're dealing with your request' email. That should be enough right?
Anyone had experience with this?
