pretty easy to say that this is not a real thing, or that everyone gets it so whatever, but it's woken me up every night since saturday and it fucking sucks.
anyone else get it/had bad periods of it? what do you do to manage it? last night i tried running hot and cold water over my legs - not super effective. then i sprayed deep heat all over them, sort of works. anyone know any really good stretches/yoga positions that help?
