Someone I sat with for a year straight, and now sit with again says it all the time, and I now say it, and it is a ridiculous thing to say.
it's usually that someone's been told something they don't want to hear. Implies that they've had a sudden change of mind / character (usually they haven't)
is just full of people spinning around, like dervishes. I fully hate it, but it's lodged itself in my brain and I have to physically restrain my tongue when talking.

And uses the word "buuuh" ("but", only without the t) as punctuation.

say "I get bored" 8 times consecutively yesterday. Why do people feel the need to repeat themselves. 8 TIMES. I counted.
I know it's pretty much ubiquitous these days but what's wrong with "He said..."???
'he/she was like' you are supposed to follow it with an impression of them
