Someone make some effort!
Lynton Crosby is very good at his job, isn't he?
2 philosophical points here
firstly - private land (apart from the fact that the gypsies actually owned the land at dale farm)......how can land actually be 'private'?...ok, so someone paid someone else for that land....but they didnt pay me, or you, for the privilage of me not using that land......nor did the person whom they paid the money to, etc etc etc right the way back until we get to the point where people said they owned land, because they were able to take/own it by force....a method which current society and law does not condone or recognise......so essentially private ownership of land is well dodgy when it concerns anything more than the usage for a purpose for humans to live, so large estates would seem to be not justifiable to be considered to be 'privately owned' .....at least according to 'Barry's natural law' which I regard as having just precedent over english law.......although I conceed that practically it is not enforcable as english law has far more power and resource.
secondly......oh whats the point? tldr
