still waiting to use it.
I've yet to say something funny or interesting but I'm working up to it
*probably won't tbh
my sense of amusement lies only in retweeting those I deem much funnier than myself
What's the appeal? Why not just send a photo? Where's my false teeth?
Crock of french shite
You know that these series are designed to end each episode with some sort of televisual MSG to ensure you're hungry for the next one. Once you begin, your self-restraint isn't good enough to stop you from investing a solid 18 hours per series into whatever it is you're watching.
Even though most of them contain many narratives, arcs and other factors that are pleasing in themselves, the enjoyment you get is on average just slightly above average. When you assess the use of your time in a detached matter of fact way, it just seems scandalous to even begin watching the first episode of another seemingly endless US drama, knowing what it will lead to.
Then you do it anyway, because.
do people even call them smart phones any more?
I reluctantly caved in a few months ago and got one, cos it was only a pound or so a month more than the really old phone I had, and it's quite useful to have the ability to check the internet now and then when you're out and about, but who needs all the apps that some people end up having? Genuinely don't think I've downloaded one since I got mine.
"I'm sorry, Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that."
the burger scene
any foreign football league
I quite like what I've seen of Vine, I think it's pretty interesting. I don't know how it works exactly as I've never used it, but I like the way you can edit shards of footage together. It's Vertov for the iphone generation.
but I don't make any myself.
I laughed at it for ages
pug in da club
not even bothered doing that yet.
Is to complain to London Midland/National Express East Anglia/National Express West Midlands about their train/bus services being wank.
As can Instagram.
Had a go with Vine, and it's surprisingly fun (for now).
What, do you mean the Vines? They've been around a while now haven't they?
And Comics. Even though logic is kinda in their favour. Except that I can't cba with fiction, for the most part.
Most TV drama serieseses (pretty much all crime drama).
Not even proper black metal.
I don't have a smartphone
Recent TV shows that aren't 'It's always sunny in Philidelphia'.
(For a while but not now I've caved) macarons
Of course, it doesn't stop you screen shotting it (though it tells the person who has sent it if you have), or just taking a photo of the screen...
My gf uses it to send pics of her pulling faces to her sisters in the States. I'm not sure it's the sexting hotspot people are making it out to be.
so far, zero sexts. i;ll keep you up to date
I buy my cake in slabs
Couldn't give a shit. Got a 17" at home. That's fine. Don't need any bigger.
But with live telly/sky etc Can't be bothered for it.
I still have difficulty understanding why people want to inflict the minutiae of their everyday lives onto others. If I want to do that I'll post on DiS ffs
to chat to friends and share stuff. I rarely talk about what I'm doing on it.
as reported in the Latitude review
Ironically buy one.
All my mates have got one now but I just don't see the point.
