they no longer control their own pay, this is recommended by an outside/independent body.
but i don't really understand what the justification for it is, even taking into account that it's basically a reshuffling of existing allowances/benefits.
everybody should receive a yearly 3% payrise (approx) as a bare minimum. Or would that just make the inflation rate even higher? Idk
Is this independent body actually staffed entirely of mannequins being controlled by Mr Burns?
