Someone selling a Kindle Fire (8gb 7") for £100
people use them for non-work things in our office, like cakes or pub invites.
As if "URGENT DEADLINE!!!" is more important than there being cake in the kitchen.
Saying that, I treat pretty much every email that's marked 'HIGH' as low importance.
HIGH IMPORTANCE - oh this guy must be a total wank, he can wait
LOW IMPORTANCE - cool its not about work, will read this first
I just sent out the bi-annual DiS mailout as low importance.
I love low importance emails, always click on them first.

be aware that some entries from the Specialist calender are being deleted somehow and I've spent some time re-inputting vanishing appointments.
It means that when booking 'additionals' you need to check your own calenders to be sure it doesn't already conflict with another.
I realise this is inconvenient and time consuming as it should be a diary system we can trust in, and not have to re-check everything.
Until these 'phantom' deletions stop we need to be more vigilant when booking.

I would have marked this normal or at least high, unless she was using clever reverse psychology
was when the sender had obviously meant to set it at the highest importance but had set it at the lowest by mistake.
I ended up reading it straight away because I'd never seen the blue downwards arrow before and so the email stood out from the rest.
