Their last album totally bombed, didn't it?
I mean, I'm sure they still could do afternoon Glasto, but they need to take their cash where they can these days.
Hmm, I tell a lie.
Last album went to number three, and outsold their previous album. (The five albums before that one all went to number one).
playing
the o2 later in the year.

I saw them play at Wembley for the NFL a few years back

Might as well not bother with the rest.
Not the shittest lineup in the world for free

JSBX and Black Angels alone would be worth an entrance fee.

i'm pretty sure they are a bit bigger than villagers and the john spencer blues explosion

No-one, I said NO-ONE, is bigger than the BLLLUUUUUES EXPLOSION!

Tell you what
Local boy in the photograph is really quite moving.
The whole first album is a classic.
Our teacher in year six knew them growing up, and asked us to design a cover for Local Boy in a Photograph as an art project once. Not massively appropriate for a bunch of ten year olds.
:)
probably just wanted to show them your masterpieces.
Was her name Ms Jones?
I think we might have gone to the same primary school.
you're right. Everytime I hear it I need a shit.
I like how there's two Joneses in The Stereophonics but they're not related
statistically, if you put 3 of any welsh people together
then 2 of them will be unrelated joneses.
