i was telling a couple of people yesterday that there's actually no such thing as an amazing tomato-based sauce...
as in the type you'd have with pasta or, idk, meat & rice, not, y'know, ketchup.
you can stick as much garlic, basil, lemon, spices,, whatever else in as you like, dullsville. never had a outstanding one in a restaurant either.
in the end, yeah, we all agreed that aye, it's actually impossible to have an amazing tomato-based sauce.
