There he goes again banging on about Europe
These strikes are wrong at a time when negotiations are still going on.
But parents and the public have been let down by both sides because the government has acted in a reckless and provocative manner.
After today’s disruption, I urge both sides to put aside the rhetoric, get round the negotiating table and stop it happening again.
you absolute cunt, just spent ages making this .pdf and uploading it to scribd
putting it under different topics instead of just blanketing it across the PDF meant that you confounded my expectations and from thence humour arose
reading through that just hammers it home, really. waste cunt bastards. fuck them. who has any fucking integrity now? who has any decency, any sincerity?
does reading those notes say anything more about the nature of party politics than watching the average PMQs does?
As though they're prioritised
A bit of a fuss about nothing that the Tories and their friends in the press are trying to spin as the rebirth of the militants.
But underneath the spin from those quarters is at least as much spoon from the protagonists.
It's all very tragicomic, and no-one really comes out of it in a good light.
have, once the headline has been got out of the way, made a point of clarifying that there is no suggestion that Watson was involved in anything wrong. Just typing his name and the word 'militant' in big enough letters at the top of the page seems to have been enough.
So much nonsense, it's difficult to tell.
wish people would stop saying this - that's the point of The Thick Of It: it is satire. It is meant to be like things that happen in real life, that is why it is so successful. Things that happen on The Thick Of It are like things that happen in real life because the show has been written for that to purposefully happen, not the other way round
it's like when people said 9/11 was like something out of a movie - Dustin Hoffman directed it like that on purpose
parlty because it's on telly, but also because you really don't want the people who run the country to be like that.
but then again, my office can't properly design a fire hose system, so how can i expect people who ended up in politics because they've not got proper skills to be able to run a country?
