So, after a staggering dormancy of my gym membership (£37 x 8 months or something…yeeeeeeeeesh!!) Have started hitting the gym/swim again (3 days).

Wanna be doing something like a 60 min swim 60 min gym session every day (with Sunday off) (that’s too much, yeah). Links to good gym workouts, literally never do weights
More importantly, want some links to diet plans. Really simple stuff, don’t mind eating literally the same thing every single day for 3 months…..like EGGS for breakfast (how many?) then chicken salad for lunch, then salmon and veg for dinner with some walnuts and stuff thrown in for SNACKS. Most diet plans involve loads of cooking of loads of different meals (can’t be arsed)
Anyway, like my flash in the pan drive to get BUFF, I expect this thread to be a GREAT success
