My girlfriend does these and always looks knackered when she's done. I was working from home today and thought I'd give it a go since I've given up my gym membership to try and save money.
It was so hard I almost threw up / fainted. It was by some American who is famous for losing loads of weight on a TV show.
Nonetheless, I've got muscles shaking that I didn't realise existed so will be doing this again. Anyone else out there got any experience with these? Know of any particularly good ones? I usually just run so the stretching stuff is great too, but when they said "touch your toes" I just touched my knees.
Alternatively, please use this as an opportunity to mock me for choosing to exercise this way.
