(I have no biscuit industry insider knowledge)
are there any left at all?
They've only disappeared from the shelves temporarily because no one can stop buying them!
THey were sort of like two rectangular lemon glazed cream crackers with a lemon cream between them.
yes. Tastes... nostalgic.
but then again Im old
(you know, like Rich Tea but RECTANGULAR with a really intricate pattern?) but no WAY, my local Sainsbos sells them.
We've got a pack of lemon puffs in the office biscuit tin right now.
remember them? i enjoyed the biscuit base especially
I used to pick the sickly sweet sugar tops off and leave the base...
and buy some. You can get choc ones too but I haven't had them.
I got them for people here and they said that I was disgusting :(
my son had his first rusk yesterday but I thought it was bit big for him so I had half. Surprisingly tasty. Probably worth having children for.
you're a terrible parent (send me your rusks)
He's only had half in his life. Will he pull through?
we've got the numbers.
One of us should adopt him.
Dave should still adopt meths though.
I bought some Lemon Puffs from Morrisons in Oxted at the weekend.
What do you think about that?
The Old Bell? in Old Oxted? That's a nice pub/resturant. I've had many Birthday and Boxing Day meals there.
I can't think of where the Bell in Oxted is though.
Yes, they probably both had old in front of them. The same place where there is a big boozer which is also a Harvester. My wife grew up around Oxted/Godstone.
I know the place, the Bell is in Godstone village on the green.
Nice pub too. Probably going there with my dad on Sunday.
