does it increase my % of getting acid reflux? really dont want that.
Stimulants (caffeine), fats (esp the bad ones you get in deep fried food). Just take ranitidine and enjoy your food.
I seem to have escaped reflux and stuff so far despite lifestyle, but I have a friend who guzzles zantac. He says he'd rather do that than eat boring food, and I suspect when the time comes that I become a sufferer, I'll feel the same. Having said that, I don't drink much coffee any more and feel better for it.
