Crystal Palace Park with the dinosaurs is the current frontrunner.
Good picnic foods?
much as it pains me to say
any of the parks, really. love parks
picnic food is baguettes and fillings and cake and crisps
I am irked. I like a picnic as much as the next man, but I have had 3 this week.
Need a relaxing daytime activity to round off 3 days off next week for gf's birthday though and this seems ideal, chicks dig this kinda shit, maaaaaan.
IN the grounds of the old brewery etc, by the river, or up in the park itself. I like a picnic, but I find the novelty wears off very quickly indeed.
Greenwich is excellent for this
I'm so bored of it now. Throw me some work to do, please?
Sit by the little lake. Last time, there was a dog in there swimming about.
Fucking Lily Allen.
I don't like scotch eggs
possibly the obvious choice but Regents Park is quite nice.
Potters Field by Tower Bridge (often events there that get in the way though)
I had a birthday picnic in Hyde Park that was very memorable, esp Chntzy's pork belly she made.
I favour scotch eggs, top end crisps, olives, meat platters and booze. And a blanket. Grass starts to irritate me after a while.
in amongst the lake/water park/adventure playground/bmx-skatepark.
you can have sandwiches and drinks and that and it doesn't get boring.
also on sunday in that spot i heard a jogger saying "the last thing i want is to end up in a morroccan prison" and then a man spat ice cream into his dog's mouth. what more do you want?
