What do you all use? what do they do? what do you recommend?

I use it all the time. It's excellent.
Wunderlist is a good (and free) to-do list keeper. Have tried Things and Omnifocus, but Wunderlist does just about everything I need.
I use the Stayfocusd Chrome extension to make sure I don't dick about on time wasting websites whilst at work too much (the clock is currently ticking).
I use a set of rules in Mac Mail to automatically sift emails into relevant inboxes, and then get through them in the appropriate order. This doesn't work perfectly, but at least highlights high priority emails pretty well.
I can't quite figure out the use of it from the website ...
but it syncs all over the shop
