What I was saying is that I get tons of CVs asking for internships all the time. We have two at the moment but both are paid (minimum wage but it's something I guess).
But PAYING TO DO ONE in a bidding war is absolutely disgraceful as far as I'm concerned.

If you're genuinely passionate about a chosen career path, fancy your chances and are genuinely good at what you do, why not?
Besides, pretty much everyone under 30 who lives in London lives on handouts of their parents anyway.
