Anyone here do any running? I have done on and off for about 3 years now. Done a couple of half marathons and a few of those 5k park runs but that's it for races.
It's mainly for a fitness thing really - to balance out all the crap I eat and drink though sort of trying to be a bit healthier.
I run about 10-20 miles a week depending. Do you listen to music? I do, it's pretty boring otherwise. Not like football where getting fit is a by-poduct of playing. Still, it makes you feel good when you've finished.
What trainers do you wear? I'm an Asics man myself, but not tried any others.
