Weirdly I had in my mind there was one (10 or 5) that had to be changed very quickly because it was being forged too easily but Wikipedia doesn't mention that.

*The original issue of the Fry banknote was withdrawn after it was found the ink on the serial number could be rubbed off the surface of the note, these notes are now very rare and sought after amongst collectors. An uncirculated note in good condition, with serial number starting HB37 could fetch up to Two Thousand pounds, although recent sales of 916.50 and 721.45 have been seen on auction sites.*
