5:2 / Fasting
I've been doing this for a few months now, or 6:1 at least and haven't really noticed much of a difference, though I'm assured there are health benefits there somewhere.
Do it on Mondays since it's always a shock to the system after the weekend, so figure I might as well throw another problem in there too.
Mate of mine went from a rotund chap to seriously tiny in 4 months. That was full 5:2 & running four days a week though, so understandable.
