fry mushrooms with chopped chilli and garlic, add spinach until wilted then serve on toast with a poached egg.

But it's all stringy and I can feel it at the back of my throat because it won't go down.
Something very wrong about that.
The only thing I can tolerate it in is in a chick pea/potato curry.
Drenched in butter
