I've joined a 'Your Gym', they do this group personal training thing but because I go quite early in the morning I usually have the trainer to myself so she/he can see when I'm not doing it properly and pulls me up on it.
Anyway, it's really hard and I'm realising that I have never, ever really pushed myself when it comes to sports and exercise.
When they say 'push through it' how far are you supposed to push through it?
I nearly got sick during one session and had to get taken over to the mat, how embarrassing! Now I think they think I'm some sort of wimpy excuse maker.
