I just overdid some poached eggs, pretty soul destroying, tell me your egg tales.
Straight into my top 10 eggs.
I might pop ova
and you've done maybe three, then you let a significant amount of yolk fall into the whites with the fourth and final egg.
That hurts man. That hurts bad.
but I do have scrambled slippers
Quite annoying to get off the floor
did you fucking see them? glorious
crack four double-yolkers in a row from a six-pack. Aren't the odds of that happening something like billions to one? There were amazing scenes in the kitchen, everyone was shouting and collapsing on the floor in disbelief.
Don't know the science but it's a thing that happens, you dry pitted bastard.
just crack eight eggs into a bowl and it will look the same. Do it tonight. That's what it looked like.
I thought you might have been losing it there for a second
but the eggs were way past their best. had to chuck it out.
hard to tell with eggs.
well there you go
i was allergic to them as a kid so never developed a deep love for them. now ill have them if they come as part of a breakfast, like a full english or whatever but i wont order them specifically or do them for myself. true fact
I like other pickled things like onions and beetroot.
Best served in a packet of cheese & onion crisps with a pint of bitter
but the yolk has a pretty horrible texture, plus I find they taste of just pure vinegar. I'd rather have a cold hard boiled egg.
Put them in the pan at the same time. One was runny, one was hard boiled.
WHAT GIVES BITCHES?
It's usually the bigger egg that's solid and the smaller one that is runny too, rather perversely.
since September 2010 I have been swallowing one raw egg every morning with breakfast.
this may be the longest egg drought of my adult life so far.
and finding a bit of shell is always nasty. Gotta be careful with the cracking.
Also, this is interesting: http://www.abc.net.au/science/articles/2001/11/23/409538.htm
Can't have boiled eggs without soldiers
Had a fiorentina yesterday, it was a thing of beauty.
They're smaller because they're from a young chicken, but apparently much richer for it.
My greengrocer sells huge goose eggs. I have been too scared to purchase them as they seem too big to cook
Finely chopped onion, a little grating of cheese....all cooked in garlic butter.
They're absolutely delicious.
There was more egg within the shell than a regular egg, and the yolk was oh, so yellow. Great eggs.
on sunday fried
Spent years convincing my vegetarian girlfriend that eggs are fine for her to eat because the chickens lay them anyway and they're not really meat because they're unfertilised. The first egg she ever cracked herself had blood in it. Grr.
