Why the FUCK are the clamps they put in your mouth to bite down when they x ray your head so painful? They're all sharp edge! It doesn't have to be this way, does it? Filling? No probs. Mouth clamps? Probs.

I've not been for 16 years. Haven't got any problems that I know about. Bit scared they'll shout at me or something now though if I go. Should I lie?
I don't want any of their bullshit about needing teeth out or fillings or any of that. Just a quick check-up, scale and polish, see you next year would do me.
My dad hasn't been for about 30 years
He went to have some work done at the dental hospital and they fucked it up. He hasn't been since. His teeth are a bit of a mess as a result.
I expect if that sort of thing happened today (botched job) he'd have been getting loadsamoney in compo.
