Breakfast sandwich
Yeah yeah, been done loads of times but I'm going for it anyway.
Do you have one in your office Friday mornings? What do you have?
Today I've gone for a triple decker sausage, egg and beans. Unconventional last item, not tried that before. Could get messy.
Can never do bacon as the takeaway stuff always has loads of fat on it. Bacon is strictly at home only so I can cut the fat off. Sausages are always cheap ones but still a better bet than bacon.
Anyone go for the full monty eating it out a polystyrene box?

not in the current workplace
classic order would be bacon, egg, sausage.
I had one the a couple of weeks back when I came in on the train
Stopped off at a sandwich shop on the way through town. Very disappointing.
I think I have unrealistic expectations of my breakfast sandwiches though from my time at uni.
Was a sandwich shop on the corner of the street that did a great bacon, egg, sausage, tomato and black pudding bap (could have mushrooms and even beans too, if you wanted). The hygiene standards in there were pretty negligible (the woman would go from taking an order on the phone, to handling money and to preparing the food all without washing her hands like), but I've never had such a tasty sandwich. All pretty cheap too.
That shop is probably the best thing about Stoke-on-Trent.
MONKEY FOREST
I like to cook up a batch of chips
and put em in a butty
about to fire into a co-op egg & bacon
it looks pretty grim though tbh
Don't have them
Can't get a tattie scone, square sausage and tomato ketchup roll anyway in this arse-backwards end of the country anyway, so why bother?
ANYWAY
I might get a breakfast sandwich for lunch today
egg, sausage and bacon with lashings of ketchup
I often have one on a sunday in our canteen
Two sausages, bacon (cut the fat off first), fried egg or maybe some chips. Lots of ketchup. Heaven.
Chips as part of a breakfast and/or as part of a sandwich (other than on a simple chip butty)
YOU ANIMAL!
Really nice fat potato wedges
and it's really more of a brunch
best brekkie sarnie i've ever had was at DHL's spennymoor site
there's a van outside that did a bacon, egg and sausage cob for about £1.80 and there were like 3 massive sausages in it. also got a can of vimto for 50p!
I'm so hungover
I cannot wait for our van to come round so I can get him to make me a sausage bacon ketchup and cheese baguette. Vile. Amazing.
I really really want a sausage sandwich now.
Cheers guys.
I had a bacon butty from the canteen
Wanted black pudding as well but they had none. Bacon was a 5/10 FYI, crispy to the point of being chewy
Has to be double square sausage
this morning i had fried smoked streaky bacon with scrambled egg
(egg scrambled in with the bacon in the pan)
on soya and linseed vogel bread (grilled)
with birds eye chili sauce and brown sauce
in bed. for the third time this week.
subthread: why are people down on smoked bacon???
Smoked bacon is the best bacon
Smoked is the best
Streaky bacon however...
