10000 days - Tool
I used to look for more active music but I have the more mellow tracks better, nicer, and more enjoyable to use.
when she runs.
I don't listen to music when I cycle, but I have a constant loop of Bright Tomorrow by Fuck Buttons in my head when I ride.
Constant, non stop beat.
Not the best idea to not be able to hear behind me when I'm on a 100 mile ride though, hence the in my head thing.
or Lightning Bolt ablums
I run listening to pretty much anything
maybe the greatest mix ever, it's like euro space disco and that.
I usually stick to power pop/pop punk kinda stuff. Japandroids, Green Day, Exploding Hearts.
enjoy your noodle arms there
My roommate's mum came in once when I was lifting pathetically tiny weights in my underwear with 'Your Pretty Face Is Going to Hell' on full volume.
So embarrassing, but at least she didn't come in 5 minutes before or it would have been NWA 'Fuck the Police'!
The Downward Spiral by NIN or something by Rage Against the Machine
I used to listen to Broken as there are not really any "breaks"
Hard As Nine Inch Nails (or a variation on that theme)
that I use when I'm lifting the weights and getting hench at home
Also, my phat house and trance playlist I use to warm up and cardio
Maybe some Antlers, Godspeed, Aphex Twin, Baroness or something.
For lifting, something noisier and energetic with more ruugh.
